Donald W. Shepherd, founder/owner since 1995, has been a resident of Harrisburg, PA since 1958. Donald is a member of St. Paul Baptist Church since 1966, in which he has been involved as a member of the Board of Deacons since 1982. Donald has been a retired Federal Civil Service since 1990, with 36 years of highly commendable service through upper-level management and a member of Pennsylvania Association of Professional Driving Schools (PAPDS)
